Personal touches including a handwritten note were the icing on the cake. I can’t wait to wear my new dress! I will definitely be ordering from Biscuit again!

Jan 08,2021I saw a beautiful trench coat whilst browsing with a friend in Biscuit Bruntsfield just before Christmas. I had a look at their website after new year to notice the trench was in the sale and there was an added 21% discount. The trench came quickly after ordering with a lovely personal hand written post card thanking me for purchasing and to enjoy wearing it. I was so happy to be able to support Biscuit while currently closed. I love trench coats and this one is no exception, beautiful, classic, stylish and timeless and at a knock down price too! I can’t wait for spring and for lockdown to end...it will look good with boots or heels and with jeans or dresses. A beautiful lifestyle shopping experience in lovely Bruntsfield, I highly recommend a visit.

I bought some shoes and they were with me within 24 hours, despite pandemic, despite tier 4, despite Christmas holidays and despite that I'm in England - I couldn't believe it. Not only that, the customer service regarding any questions I had was outstanding. Very much recommend, if I lived closer, I'd come into the stores :-)

Jan 06,2021I love Biscuit. Beautiful shop, always friendly service. No pressure to buy, advice if you need it. Sale is always worth a look. I bought a gorgeous grey, Part Two jumper, reduced in sale and further reduced with generous lockdown discount. It’s more than I’d usually spend but it’s a classic and I know I’ll get loads of wear.

Jan 14,2021Great item at a great price. Feel really good very flexible can be dressed up, because it comes up quite big I can wear jumper underneath really great for layering in the winter.
