Feb 03,2021I don’t usually give bad reviews but I was a bit disappointed to be honest. The coat itself seemed a little bit cheaply made and thin and the label was tied on with string and handwritten almost as if were ‘new second hand’ and sent on from a private seller. The tissue paper and plastic it came in was all torn and generally the whole experience had a vibe of disappointment. You might say it serves me right for only spending 200£ instead of the 300 I spent last season for a Lululemon cloudscape wrap which was spectacular in comparison but was ripped by dogs. But £200 is still a lot of money for me. The zip is exposed down the front too which made it feel slightly cheaper. Oh well. It’s not terrible and I’m not sending it back so perhaps I’ve no right to complain. I won’t be buying from the same place again. I will wear the coat but without delight. I hope it’s at least warm.

I shop there often when it is open but due to lockdown organised an on line purchase for my daughter in laws birthday - some beautiful bath oils and bubbles. I asked if they could wrap in tissue and put a happy birthday message in there which they did. She was delighted with the present. Thanks again Biscuit for a great job done.
