Jul 28,2024The parcel arrived on time and well wrapped. DPD delivered it and said it was delivered to our neighbour, when in fact I received it. He left leaving the gates open, but that wasn,t the suppliers fault.

Jul 28,2024Bit disappointed. Many stains (dog urine, soil from plants, spillage) have not been removed. The smell of the pet formula is very strong too. I have now ordered spot stain solution and tried that today but stains remain. Expected more based on product information 😳

Jul 27,2024Looks like BISSELL doesn’t care much about responding to enquirers or those interested in buying more and more BISSELL products. Previously enquired about a deal offered by BISSELL and it is about spot clean pro including x3 chemical solutions plus one year chemical solutions included when BISSELL never replied to my enquiry. So it was a bundle for £129 (BISSELL spot clean pro and x3 chemicals included as bundle ) and one year free chemicals included also and when asked them what am I paying for exactly as a bit confused , they never replied and even now there is no option to talk to someone or where to ask a question in regards to a product.

After considerable research I ordered new cleaning mops for my Bessel steamer ( which is a great appliance) despite giving the model number and correct item description I was sent the wrong mop heads. So, so frustrating. Eventually got a slightly irritated man on the number on your internet site - which informs you to phone this number over any issues. I have returned the wrong mop heads through Royal Mail. I doubt whether I will get the new, correct mop heads not see a return of my money. Just really really poor service and I have spent a lot of time trying to get these new parts.

Jul 23,2024Spotclean Pro works brilliantly at cleaning up pet and general stains but very disappointed by after sales care. The suction guard trapped dirt after 1 use and does not seem to release for cleaning as per the online guides and it took several calls/emails to Bissell Customer Services to get any response. Then the response was that the Spotclean Pro model they are selling here does not have a removable guard to allow proper cleaning (as Bissell recommends) but the guard doesn't fit tightly to stop dirt getting trapped inside. Really disappointed that this makes what is otherwise a great cleaner not fit for purpose as the suction head is dirty inside.
