Jul 12,2021My experience was mixed, but mostly because I purchased the wrong size. I love the BLA jeans that I already possess, so no other problems on that front. The service is always great. I spoke to Franc via Instagram and email, and he was most helpful and accommodating. Thank you! I hope to buy the correct size when I’m in London next.

Jul 12,2021Really attentive, great help in the store. These jeans are a cut above in terms of quality, finish and look. Really happy with them, they feel a good investment. For me my jeans are definitely ‘winter’ jeans due to thickness and weight. I’m very hot in my pair, even in the English summer!

Jul 12,2021I wasn't sure if they were worth the money (it's the most I've spent on jeans by a mile!) But when they arrived I was really pleased, I've got compliments for them and they've held up well and don't show wear and tear yet and I'll get them repaired with the company if they need it!

But you were all super-helpful in talking me through alternative styles and I am now really happy and comfortable in my N5 jeans. Sadly I had to do this at a distance as I couildn't get to London. The size 26 was the perfect fit with a good turn up. Really pleased to be supporting a small ethical company and so nice to buy good quality, comfortable jeans. Love your brown paper bag as well. It makes the perfecct potato store!

Jun 10,2021I'm a big fan of Blackhorse Lane. Just bought a second pair from them (a bold ecru for the summer). The quality goes without saying, After sales service is also great, with my older pair being dropped off for both repairs on a small hole and being taken up a touch. Quick too. They were back with me in less than three weeks.
