Being quite thrilled with several pairs of these lovely jeans I happily ordered a new pair with a request to have the longest pair they had in stock, not expecting really that it would be possible as the sizes are standard and lengths stated on their site. I received a friendly phone call shortly after ordering to ask what length I would be happy with as it seemed they had some unfinished pairs in my size. While this kind of service I suspect is not always possible, it was refreshing to see a retailer do what they can to accommodate a request. My jeans are all the more valuable to me as care and attention was offered and most gratefully received. Thank you!

Feb 11,2021Unfortunately as much as I have tried to like bhla jeans I just can't. There isnt much about the jeans I genuinely like. The people seem cool, but I just don't like the product. I've had the jeans a year and tried my hardest to enjoy them, but didn't. The sizes are all over the place. My 34" jeans measured 37". I've taken them in to 34.5 and they have already stretched back to 36". They sag horifically at the back too and they lack enough belt loops to stop the backside dropping. Needs two more loops at the back. The front pockets are too tight, so much that I can't even get my hands in them. I've tried to use them but gave up. And they are now so tight that one of the rivets came off when I tried to put my phone in my pocket. The waistband keep collapsing and rolling over, I'm sure this is due in part to the stretching out of the waistband but looks cheap. The labels inside are quite scratchy and leave a red mark on my skin at the back. And the just didn't soften enough to ever break them in. I've washed them a few times but nothing helps. All in, these just don't work and god knows I've tried to like them. For the price these have been a dissapointment. **update and response to below** I tried to contact and initially they seemed cool. Albeit it would involve a trip to London and being from the Midlands I didn't have much spare time to do it. After a few months it just wasn't looking feasible. I was given the number of the owner and asked to call but each time I called there was no answer. Followed up with some emails but also without reply. I guess they have given up trying to help sort it out. Shame but does back up my initial experience. Have downgraded the review based on this post purchase experience.

When I went to return them, FedEx wanted to charge me $120... insane... so I decided to keep them ( in case I get chubbier in the future )... I really wanted BLA jeans, so I ordered a different style, slimmer fit pair and I love them. The quality and integrity of your products are much appreciated!!! They were delivered when expected and I am very satisfied with my whole BLA shopping experience. Thank you
