Recently used this solicitors to buy a property. Merrisa kept me informed at all times and pushed it through at lightning speed! Price was good and I would highly recommend.
This company only seems to give updates when asked otherwise you will not know where proceedings are up to. Today I phoned to settle the outstanding account due from an email from there company this stated that I could pay over the phone, so when I rang the person at the firm said they don't normally do this but would just this once. They could really do with some customer processes.
Hugely impressed with the service I received from Blackhurst Budd, in particular Bliss who was an absolute pleaseure to deal with at every stage of the journey. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends or family.

May 25,2023I’m frustrated, I can only leave this comment and rating on this company. I am an oversea buyer of a new build property in Manchester as refer from the developer Cloyde&Co. All payment had been completed around May 2021 but there is not yet update my ownership in UK Land Registry over 2 years. By now, there is no response or update to me after August 2022. They only asked me pay more GBP$54 of different in raise of land registry fee. Did the solicitor, Demi Perrin, didn't make request to UK Land Registry since May 2021.
