I had a problem but when I called they couldn’t help and told me I had to sort it myself which I did I thought everything was done because they directed me to checkout and took my money. This was a few days ago but when I called to see where my documents were I was told my order had not been completed even though they took payment Not good

Trusted company; value for money service - highly recommended. Staff went extra mile to make use that one got things right. My humble suggestion for improvement is make its online form easy to complete. I did not find the form-filling process user-friendly - far from it. But then, other people may have difference experience.

A very simple experience, no dramas at all. Only downside would be the junk mail afterwards, but I was probably warned about this in the small print, and to be fair there was only a few items.
