Dec 13,2015They made mistake in my company's document (their system changed one character in my name into a question mark), but they refused to correct it. So I couldn't open a bank account for a long time. When I finally managed to solve the problem (with the help of my accountant) and asked Blue Sky Formations for promised cash back ('£50 CASH BACK when you open a free Business Bank Account in Barclays'), they said it was too late. As I explained the reason of a delay (which was of their fault), they promised to check it with Barclays and let me know. It was 18 months ago. Still no answer. They still owe me £50 and haven't answered my emails.

Sep 25,2015Being new to forming a company it was all a bit daunting but the experience with Blue Sky was fairly painless and offered different options such as London based company address which was very handy. I got my company formation approved within a couple of days which I didn't think was bad at all! Would defiantly recommend them.
