Apr 12,2023I have been visiting the Stockport and Openshaw clinics on and off for a couple of years now and I have always been very happy with the service not only at the clinics but also ringing to make the appointments . The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and do their absolute best to make sure you have all the knowledge and support needed to start your weight loss journey .its also very helpful having ongoing support after the appointment to help keep you focused. Definitely recommend bodyline clinc x

Mar 31,2023I have now had 3 face to face and 3 telephone appointments with Bodyline and every single person I have dealt with has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really made me feel like they are in my corner. There's no judgement or embarrassing situations to face. I've lost 19lbs in 8 weeks on Phentermine and I am absolutely delighted. Still a good few pounds to go but it has been easy and I feel fitter and better than I've very done.

Mar 31,2023This experience is simple nothing short of a miracle for me, I never thought I would ever look in the mirror and be happy with what was looking back at me, that ship has sailed I said. Customer Service - The staff at the Stockport clinic have been wonderful, they always welcome me with a big smile and take the time to talk to me with genuine interest. The staff supporting the helpline are always so very helpful and genuinely strive to help me if I need to make a change to an appointment or pay a deposit. Clinical Excellence - They put regular reviews in place so we can evaluate my progress and ensure it is still the right option for me, celebrating my small successes as we work through the months. Support - Answering all of my questions and being transparent has made my journey easy, with a genuine transparency around their own journey which has felt relatable and put me at ease. Information - I have been given leaflets about the different methods available to manage my appetite should I want to take a break or reach my goal BMI. In September 22 I returned from my holiday feeling heavy, disproportionate, embarrassed. Lockdown had taken its toll on my body and I didn’t recognise the body I was in. Filled with nerves I visited the clinic and was immediately put at ease, it began to occur to me I’m not on my own. Today marks exactly 6 months since I began and I have moved from 14 stone to 11.5, I now fit in to my goal dress I bought for my holiday this month. I am so very grateful for having a second chance to undo the strain I’ve put on my body and my mind, I feel like a new person, sexy even! Mar 22,2023What made the experience great is that, I had the most loveliest warmest welcome from the receptionist and Doctor. They explained everything to me in such detail but so simple and effective. I couldn’t be any happier to start my journey with Bodyline Clinic. The company is doing so well with the multiple choices of medication, the explanation of the treatment and overall just great service. Very friendly and happy , you can understand how different and scary this process could be but honestly it’s so perfect for me! I wouldn’t change anything about their service I started my dosage on 29th January and last dose was 21st March I have already lost over a stone and a bit within nearly 2 months!!! So so happy , I’ve tried the first tablet they offered me then I switched to the “pink pill” and will be sticking to it as I realised I lost the most KG With that hehe. So happy, great wonderful service. Can’t wait to see the outcome end of this year.

Mar 15,2023I’ve attended Bodyline clinic numerous times, pre and post pandemic. Fantastic products and brilliant service every time, the nurses are so knowledgable and supportive. The receptionists and customer support team are so helpful and will do all they can to get you booked in etc. however I do miss the option of walk in clinics, as it was easier for me to pop in on the day rather than pre-booking. Additionally, my monthly supply is £17 more now than it was pre pandemic. I understand during the pandemic it was to cover costs for remote clinics, home blood pressure monitoring and body measuring equipment etc, however now we are attending face to face clinics, I feel the prices could be reviewed to reflect this.

Bodyline is accredited and licensed by the relevant regulatory bodies, giving peace of mind knowing that the clinic is held to a high standard of care. The clinic employs qualified professionals such as nutritionists, dieticians, and medical staff, who provide personalized advice based on health status and goals. The clinic also offers a comprehensive range of services that includes dietary advice and other treatments other than taking a tablet, which is amazing if you find out that the tablets aren’t for you. You haven’t hit a wall, there are still great options. So far I’ve lost a stone and I have every confidence it is the first of a few that I have to lose and I feel assured that I will achieve my goal. The staff are friendly, approachable and always available to answer questions.
