Apr 30,2021I’m participating in the Bodyline at Home programme and look forward to my fortnightly catch ups with Toni and Alison who are very positive and friendly. All the kit arrived at the start (very good scales, BP monitor, tape measure etc), and all readings have to be done at the catch up appointment. It’s all extremely convenient as no traveling, parking involved and medication is posted out very efficiently. You are able to contact the team at any time with any questions. I have no hesitation in recommending this programme.

Apr 30,2021I go to the stockport clinic they have thee most amazing staff there! Been on the phentermine tabs for 3 weeks and lost 7 pounds already. Its a pleasure going to the clinic, they always make you feel very welcome. I'm thoroughly enjoying my experience there and with the weight loss journey I'm on.

Apr 29,2021Thought I would try Bodyline as a last resort as needed help loosing weight, got my scales, blood pressure monitor and measuring tape and have help and support through out, yes it’s a little pricey but for me it’s working. I have lost over a stone in 4 weeks, I have no side effects apart from a dry mouth but that’s making me drink more water so all good. Now to continue to get rid of another two stone.

Apr 26,2021I am really please with my results so far losing over a stone in 6 weeks. I have been having video appointments and have found these are very convenient to fit around my job. All the staff are professional, really friendly and deliver great customer service. I would recommend this service as it really does work!

I have had regular contact with them and I’m super happy with my weight loss, going from an 18-20 to a 14 in 2 months. I have found them to be kind and polite at all points and to be fair you can eat whatever you like if you are sensible and mindful

Mar 18,2021I’m very pleased with the excellent level of support I have received from everyone at Bodyline Clinic. I’ve lost 12 KG and I feel fantastic. The staff are professional and very friendly. Their advice is simple, the goals set are attainable and the programme leads to real results. I was so impressed by the company that I have referred 3 friends to them. My friends have all lost 10kg or more. This works! You will not be disappointed. It’s worth the investment in yourself.

Jan 26,2021Been chasing this company for over 6 months now for a refund but to no avail. Was told in order to get an appointment i had to pay £65 upfront ( which covered 2 weeks meds at £25 a week plus £15 for a blood pressure monitor and tape measure which were compulsory issue). Attended first week but unable to go back so only had 1 weeks meds,no second week or bp monitor etc. Requested refund and been fobbed off. Now they are trying to claim the additional £15 was consultation fee! Got screen shots showing free consultation and breakdown of fee. Fraud on grand scale with many clients being conned, see others reviews. Avoid at all costs !

Jan 16,2021I signed up last week after chatting through my needs with a v helpful and knowledgeable lady on the phone. I ordered my plan and unfortunately it later turned out I was unsuitable as my blood pressure is to high. I was refunded immediately (except for the kit which had already been sent out- great kit, v useful to have even without plan), and they were very helpful and encouraging. Hoping to have another try when blood pressure better. Great company- highly recommend based on my experience.

Dec 10,2020Excellent customer service. I requested information on Saturday and the phoned me back the same day. Andrea took me through the procedures and a few days later I received some scales a blood pressure monitor and sundry items like tape measure etc. Two days later I had a call from the nurse. Unfortunately my blood pressure was too high to allow them to prescribe medication which was really disappointing. However, I was given some good advice about my diet and my account was refunded with the full amount the same day. I read a few dodgy reviews about this company but I found them to be ethical in every way. You need not fear being wrongly prescribed or struggling to get a refund

Dec 08,2020I started my weight loss journey recently with Bodyline. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products, however I was promised certain things during the initial phone consultation, only not to have them when I went for my first face-to-face consultation. Feel like they told me a few fibs to get me to sign up. If you do use Bodyline be cautious, overpriced and not 100% truthful! 😡 EDIT: As a teacher I feel that I have a moral obligation to inform the public about the issues that I experienced with Bodyline! Initially I was promised that my consultation fee would be refunded once I started the treatment. I was also informed that I would get a blood pressure monitor and that the 100 pounds covered the Saxenda pen along with needles and needle box. During the phone call I asked what’s the maximum cost of using Saxenda? - I was told no more than £200 (2 pens) a month- again during face to face consultation I was told it could be 4-5 pens equating to £400-£500 a month! When I attended my first appointment I did not get a refund of the consultation fee or a blood pressure monitor. I complained directly to customer services and I asked for a copy of the initial phone call, but they have not given it to me. I am not one to usually complain but I feel utterly shocked at what this company has done!! I was even told on the phone that their pens were stronger than others- I have found out recently that this is a lie and that ALL Saxenda pens are the same strength!! Please be cautious if you use Bodyline!

Dec 08,2020Absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend Bodyline highly enough. From start to finish my journey with them has been wonderful. The entire team have been so supportive and have helped me shift the weight I've been trying to lose for years. I will definitely be starting with them again after Christmas. Because of COVID-19, I have attended my appointments with the loveliest nurses via their online conference call system. Throughout the whole experience with Bodyline I knew that I was in safe hands. Thanks a million!

Dec 03,2020Bodyline has helped me start my journey to feeling me again! Ok sounds cheesy, but I have just completed 12 weeks and I have lost 2stone 7lb!!! I couldn’t be happier, honestly the service that all at Bodyline provide is gold standard. I can now fit in clothes that I haven’t worn for years but I’ve held onto in hope that one day I would get back into them, I feel more feminine and I have regained my body confidence. I chose the body flex program as I live quite far from their bases but I was fully supported by the team. They are quick to answer questions or queries, appointments are always allocated for my convenience, the staff are friendly and approachable and they were fantastic cheerleaders to my success! Thanks all at Bodyline! I’m about to start the second course to hopefully achieve my goal weight- wish me luck!

Nov 25,2020Love love love how it has made me feel ! I have struggled with my weight for years and I have always been up and down but finding body line has changed my life. The staff are lovely and if you do have any questions they will and can answers, I don’t feel uncomfortable at all walking in, they made me feel very welcome. At first I was very unsure but now I don’t regret my decision to join in 12 weeks I lost 1stone 5 lb.

Nov 16,2020After a difficult time and gaining a lot of weight, I decided to get some professional help, as I was struggling to get myself on track. After a recommendation, I opted or Bodyline Flex, for the convenience of remote appointments. I have only completed 1 week, but am so impressed with the service, and felt compelled to write a review. The staff have been so lovely and are really knowledgable, answering all my questions. Their friendly and non-judgmental approach put me at ease instantly. As a complete technophobe, I was slightly worried about the online consultations, but the service was so easy to use. I'd highly recommend it.. Oh, and I lost 7pounds in my first week!! I'm now feeling enthusiastic and excited about my weight loss journey. Thanks Bodyline!

Nov 14,2020In August after getting out breath climbing the stair, I knew I had to get healthy. I came across Bodyline Home program and I have not looked back. I started with a BMI 30 and 12 weeks later my BMI is 25.2. I have taken up running again and the stairs are no longer a challenge. The support calls ,emails and website keeps me on track.I am back on track to being health again. I cant thank them enough.

Nov 14,2020I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience with the Bodyclinic. Sally Ann and her team are truly fabulous. From the moment I sent in an online enquiry I was supported by Leana and not made to feel uncomfortable. I’m 44 years old and 4ft 11 and I know how to eat healthy, but I travel for my job and work very long hours so I really struggle to have a settled routine and eat healthy. I was so nervous of using a weight loss company but after adding on over a stone in lockdown I was driven to exploring sites I didn’t want to use for diet pills, ones you never know if they are genuine. When I came across Body clinic I read the reviews and thought I’d give it a go, and everything because of Covid was managed online. They sent out scales, blood pressure monitor and BMI equipment, everything was seamless honestly. I started my course of phentermine at 9st 11 (my heaviest) and after 8 weeks I am now under 9 stone. I feel GREAT. Putting on weight is so easy and it really effected my mental health especially in lockdown and now losing weight has boosted my confidence and gives me back energy to start doing exercise....even remote yoga workouts which I’ve never done. If you are sceptical, I get it and not everyone’s weight loss experience will be the same, but if you’re considering losing weight I can’t recommend these ladies enough. Thank you Bodyclinic.

Nov 11,2020I had wanted to try this medication for a while and eventually I decided to give them a ring for more information. They answered the call very professionally and answered all of my questions knowledgeably and politely. It was explained in detail the procedures and prices and I booked my appointment in their Stockport clinic. The service I received from both the clinic and head office was superb, all of them were very friendly and they made me feel valued as a customer. I have lost weight which I had always struggled with before and I would definitely recommend them to other people without a shadow of a doubt. Top notch company

Oct 03,2020Have been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks. They sold something which was out of stock, I had to ring to chase it up. Spoke to a lady who said everything was out of stock and she would refund me. Nothing. Contacted them via Facebook and again they said they would refund me...again nothing . Now ignoring my messages. Should be ashamed of themselves in these current times!

May 06,2021I can highly recommend bodyline clinic each and every member of staff I’ve had interaction with have been so positive, lovely, chatty and super informative from my first phone call to now. I have just completed my first 12 week program from home with them and lost just over 12kg. The process is really simple and you are talked though each step in detail with help and advice on hand through out it all. Extra Support is also available whenever you require it and they always put your mind at ease, no question is to small. I’m looking forward to beginning my second 12 week course after my 1 week break and getting closer to achieving my target weight goal. If you are struggling with weight lose please don’t hesitate to give these guys a try... my only wish is I had started sooner.
