Amazingly fast delivery, my order was too small to earn free delivery, but I received my order in just two days. My only quibble is that I have not been able to use or test the items due to the fact that they are for use in European electrical systems and I have yet to make the trip. So, like I said, good so far. :)

Aug 27,2015My brother lives in Tacloban city, Philippines and I wanted to send him a DVD player that plays all region DVD's. I ordered the DVD through Bombay Electronics. They were great! I needed to send it to the place that was packing a balikbayan box for my brother. The people received the DVD within 10 days. Bombay Electronics kept me informed of all shipping with tracking etc. I will use them again in the future. Very Satisfied. Outstanding people.

Aug 23,2015I bought a Multi-BD player about 10 days ago. I received the following emails since: The "confirmation" of the transaction with the transaction confirmation # included; a "Your order has shipped; 10 days later I get "Please click on this link-yes, THIS actual link-and comment on how you felt about doing biz with us. I e back saying, "It's been a long time since this was ordered and shipped. Your site has a "track your order" link but when clicked on said link you get no tracking because you get no tracking # nor the name of the co. shipped with. THEN, (you'll love this) they send me a PAYPAL INVOICE saying my credit card didn't work. The card is fine-no issues-Please recall that this "second invoice" claiming the order never happened was sent 10 days after the confirm, was shipped, then the other emails as described. These people are too incompetent to do biz with or, it seems to me more likely that they are scam artists from "Bombay" or wherever. Do biz with these creeps at your own risk. I have never had a web purchase go down-or NOT go down-as squirrelly as this. Meanwhile, I have to view these Area B BD's for work and have no player to do so with. Yeah, I am a HAPPY customer-wouldn't you be?

Aug 21,2015I ordered a no-region DVD player for the few discs i purchase out of region one. The price was very low so i did not expect much and though it was low end it works surprisingly well. No bells and whistles but a better product than i expected for the low price, just as advertised. I was pleasantly surprised and would buy from Bombay Electronics again.

Aug 12,2015The DVD player was delivered on time (3 days) with free delivery. However the DVD player couldn't read region 1 and 2. I called the customer service and left a message. They called me back 12 hours later and sent me the instructions for the setup. (convert to NTSC) I did it in 1 minute and it works perfectly now. So everything was perfect except for this little detail but they took it seriously and were concerned by my worries.

Aug 12,2015Just bought a region free DVD player. It arrived much sooner than promised and works perfectly. I am not technically oriented and was worried about buying it. But they assured me it would be easy and it was. It took less than 5 minutes. I can now watch my movies from home (Holland). I am extremely happy with the service and the DVD and would recommend the company to everyone.

Aug 08,2015Placed an order, tried very hard to contact them regarding clarification over the weekend but phone number is never answered and no replies was my previous review. But they are apparently closed on the weekend but have a stellar email support over the weekend. They are rapid in responses and will definitely buy and recommend them for future purchases. Outstanding service and consistent with all other reviews.
