Jun 15,2015I received my 2 items and they are not what I need and want to do a return. There was no packing invoice, return details, or any paperwork at all included in my package. So I went back to the website to get a phone number to call them. I have called both numbers listed on their website numerous times for over 2 weeks now and all I get is a voicemail which I have left messages on with no return call. I want to return my items as they do not meet the standards I need. Customer service is non-existent....makes me wonder who runs the business.

It came quickly, was easy to set up and the directions to get both it and my TV to run my DVD's was quick and easy. The price was right and I'm been binging on historical, English DVD's since!
