My publisher ordered a 100 copies of my debut novel from this company and due to the sheer incompetence of PostNord the books were never delivered to me. The customer service department worked tirelessly to resolve the situation. I'm very grateful for all the time and effort they put in to get my books to me.

Dec 26,2024A good quality product produced within the advertised timescales. Unfortunately my books were damaged on one corner during production or packing, but I was offered a reprint (which would have been too late for Christmas) or a full refund. I opted for the latter and it arrived a couple of days later so I donated it to charity while I was still able to give the slightly damaged books as Christmas presents to my family.
