Communication was particularly good - nothing was too much trouble, and when I found an error on my part which needed correcting after approving the proof, the response was swift and generous. From the outset, as always, Jo and Megan were very helpful, quick to respond to emails, always friendly and approachable with clear and constructive advice. The turnaround time was, as usual, prompt. When the package arrived, however, there had been a printing error inside the book. I contacted them immediately, and Issy, and then Megan, took details. This parcel is the most significant for me, as it's a bespoke present for a friend who's very ill. Time was very important. Within two days, I received the multiple copies of the correct hardback books. I cannot thank Megan, Issy and the printing staff enough. Why the five-star rating despite the mistake? Because it was simple human error and we all do it! I am so impressed because the staff genuinely cares about doing a good job, and they moved heaven and earth to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible (two days is an amazing turnaround time). What impresses me as well is that no one tried to make excuses, but just got on with ensuring the minimum of delay. I will, without doubt continue to use this company whenever I need to in the safe knowledge that they will do a first-class job.

Feb 04,2025This is my fourth project printed by BookPrintingUK (A5 hardback books in short runs as they're just for my family) and I'm absolutely delighted. The service is both friendly and professional with nothing too much trouble and very quick response times. The finished project looks exactly as I hoped and as someone who is not "technical" this is a real result. My books were produced very quickly but if deadlines are important it's worth checking what they are to allow yourself time, especially at busy times of year such as Christmas.
