Both Sarah and Sasha helped me through the process of getting it published, I would not have been able to do this without their assistance as they guided me through the process no matter how many questions I asked, nothing seemed to be to much trouble for them.

The product has been good, but of equal importance has been the ability to communicate easily with the staff about my books projects and everyone's job in the chain is important to get them delivered in a timely fashion. Mar 07,2025This Company has absolutely brilliant staff and I have gone back for a reprint of a sizeable book as it is of such high quality production that it now proves to be a pleasure just to handle and turn the pages. My experience of the production from beginning to end could not have been better. The finished product, including its many illustrations, is so much finer than I had expected or thought was possible. I shall be placing more books with them and further reprintings while they retain such helpful and thoroughly professional employees. They have served me very well and I remain grateful for all their ministrations in getting my works to publication.

Mar 06,2025I am very impressed with Book Printing UK. I had read many positive reviews, but it is only when you send a project to a printer and see at first hand that you can get an accurate picture. Firstly, all of the team are available on the phone or email, and can answer all questions. If they can't answer a particular enquiry, they will find the answer and get back to you. From my experience, they were absolutely professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly –– a real bonus. They inform you at every stage where your project is, right through to despatch and delivery. I did return to get a second printing of my book – square sized 210mm x 210mm. That was dealt with just as well as the original. A technical issue (which escaped me while I designed and originated the job with InDesign) was corrected by them. Caroline, Isabel, Megan (and their design boss,Tim) are all excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to return to them, and to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top team who turn out a brilliant quality product.

Mar 14,2025First class service all round. I wouldn't hesitate to use bookprintingUK again. Recommendations from my experience: ask for a sample book which is free and helps you decide desired paper quality and weight of paper etc. It also gives an indication of the quality to expect. Secondly, request a printed proof which is much easier to help identify any changes which may be necessary. Subsequent proofs are on-line ones. For me the staff were very patient and tolerant of the changes I needed to make before the final printing.
