Jan 22,2024The service I have received has been first class. I ordered some leggings in November, but because they were a gift, they weren’t tried on until January 2nd. They were a little too small and my wife would have preferred a darker colour, so I contacted Customer Support to ask if an exchange would be possible. I had a quick and helpful reply, saying that I could exchange and was given an address to return the goods to. This I did, and ten days later I received the replacement pair. These are a darker colour and fit perfectly. My wife loves the fabric and finds them very comfortable, and I think they look great!

Jan 17,2024Meine Hose hat einen Riss an einer Naht gehabt. Nach nur 2 mal Tragen! der Support hat sich angemessen gemeldet und ich habe eine neue zugeschickt bekommen. Sehr unkompliziert wie ich es mag.

They are just incredible and when I did have an issue with a pair of leggings, it had a hole - I wrote to customer service and they immediately got back to me and gave me the option to replace or refund. Well I obviously chose to replace because I love these leggings. Thank you!

Jan 15,2024Leider bekam eine Leggings nach kurzer Zeit einen Riss an der Naht. Der Support reagierte zügig und schickte uns einen Ersatz. So wünscht man sich den Support. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Jan 15,2024The leggings I received weren't what was pictured on the website. The band did not go into a V at the back like on the pictures. It was just a straight across, all the way around. I followed the sizing chart and when I received them they were way too long. The waist was up almost up to my bra and the leggings were still all bunched up around my ankles. Then when I went to return them, if I wanted tracking on it, it would have been $60!!!!!!!! with tracking. So I had to opt for no tracking and it was still $25 to return them. I won't be trying another size or anything. I can't afford how much it would take to return them if they didn't fit again. Save your money and get a nice pair of leggings somewhere else.

Jan 15,2024Ich habe drei Sportleggins bestellt, welche leider nicht gepasst haben und mich auch vom Tragekomfort her nicht überzeugt haben. Habe die Retoure genauso wie auf der Homepage beschrieben durchgeführt und die Leggins auf eigene Kosten vor über 6 Wochen weggeschickt. Bisher keine Reaktion. Ich möchte mein Geld zurück! Liebe Leute, kauft auf gar keinen Fall etwas bei Boom Booty! Ihr seht euer Geld nie wieder!

Jan 13,2024I can't comment the product because after almost half a year I still do not have it just "enjoy" discussions with customer service somebody who introduses as "Jennifer Hill". Maybe it's their trick to behave so irrationally and without competence expecting that the client would rather get rid of them

Jan 13,2024Im vorweihnachtlichen Paketwahnsinn ist die Lieferung am Postweg verschwunden. Der Kundenservice von BoomBooty war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat sofort eine erneute Lieferung der Bestellung veranlasst. Die Freude war groß, als uns das Paket noch rechtzeitig erreicht hat - aber das Beste: die Größe, Qualität und Passform der Hosen waren wie versprochen! Richtig sexy und doch sehr bequem. Absolute Empfehlung unsererseits!

Jan 09,2024Schlechter Service. Habe vor einem halben Jahr eine Hose gekauft, die ein Loch an einer Naht bekommen hat. Als ich sie reklamieren wollte, da auf der Seite mit einem Jahr Anti Loch Garantie geworben wird würde ich abgewiesen mit das der Kauf schon zu lange her ist. Was ist das für eine Frechheit!!! Wenn sie mit sowas Werben müssen sie es auch einhalten!!! Kann nur davon abraten der Seite Vertrauen zu schenken.

Jan 06,2024Ich kann tatsächlich nur Positives berichten: Ich habe schon mehrere Leggings von BoomBooty gekauft (verschiedene Modelle) und sie tragen sich super und machen echt einen sexy Po! Am Anfang gehört ein bisschen Mut dazu… Auch hinsichtlich der Qualität war bis auf eine Ausnahme alles fein. Hier habe ich mich per E-Mail an den Kunden-Support gewandt und der Kontakt war super nett und hilfreich und sehr persönlich. Nun freue ich mich auf meine Ersatzlieferung und bin wirklich begeistert, habe so umfassenden Service bei einer Reklamation selten erlebt! Ich bin überzeugter BoomBooty-Fan! Zu den vielen negativen Kritiken: Ich habe schon mehrfach bestellt und meine Ware immer bekommen! Die Lieferung dauert zwar eine Weile, aber das ist heutzutage bei Auslandslieferungen eben so. Habt etwas Geduld!

Jan 22,2024I bought these and gave my mailing address upon purchasing. After a week I wrote asking about shipping. They asked for my address again, saying they would ship. I immediately gave them my address, they said I would receive shipping w/I 24 hours. I gave a positive review contingent upon shipping, at that point. It has since been well over 72 business day hours and I have received no shipping notice. The only notice was asking for for me to leave a positive review like my other one here. As I have yet to receive any notice of shipping, 2 weeks later, I could leave no positive review. We'll see if they do something for me to change it.
