Die Ware ist toll - sofern sie ankommt 😧 Am 1.11.2023 bestellt und per Sofortüberweisung bezahlt. In der ursprünglichen Lieferung fehlte eine Legging. Nach wochenlangem Hin und Her mit Fragebögen, eidesstattlichen Versicherungen und wieder Fragebögen wurde die fehlende Legging am 19.11.2023 verschickt. Seit dem 27.11.2023 liegt sie in einem Briefzentrum. Heute ist der 13.12.2023!!!! Keine Reaktion vom Kundenservice. Keine Telefonnummer zur Kontaktaufnahme. Nichts. Und das bei einem Preis von 60,-€ für die Leggings. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.
Wenn es möglich wäre würde ich keinen Stern geben Schlechter Kundenservice bzw. Kein Kundenservice 😡😡😡 Warte seid knapp 7 Wochen auf meine Ware…..
Die reinste Katastrophe... man bekommt keine Antwort vom Kundenservice... Die Retoure muss man leider selbst bezahlen. Ich habe die Adresse, die auf dem Retourenzettel drauf stand genommen und was soll ich sagen nach 3 wochen kommt die leggings zu mir zurück... ich hoffe nun das ich mal von denen kontaktiert werde, welche Adresse ich nehmen soll, da ich ja jetzt zum 2 mal die Kosten trage, für die Rücksendung...
Keine Lieferung erhalten, Keine Antwort vom Kontakt oder Support. Schade das es solch schlechte Shops noch gibt.
Do not buy from this company - This is my honest account of what happened I have all emails as proof. I have rights as a consumer and after I placed the order, 2 days later I changed my mind because of the long 2 week delivery period to the UK. I sent an email to Boom Booty requesting they cancel my order and refund me in full, at this point this is where the games started. 3 days later I had an email stating the order is in transit and I was provided with a tracking number (on which did not work). I sent an email back requesting they redirect the order and to refund me in full. 4 days later I get a repeat of the same message. I immediately replied but more firmly. 2 days later the order was delivered. I then had to pay to return the goods which was over £12 to a Germany address (when you do this make sure it is tracked and you place a copy of your order inside the return parcel so they know who it is coming from!!!). I tracked the delivery and found it was being held at customs in Germany. I sent an email explaining I had returned the order and requested they refund me in full. 5 days later They asked for a tracking number for the return. Luckily I kept the receipt with the cost and tracking number. (Please Please do not be carless and keep your receipt somewhere safe as proof for your return - its good practice). I emailed them back with this information, and a day later I got a email stating they will issue a refund in 5 working days. I waited 5 working days and did not see any refund. I payed through PayPal and expected to see the refund scheduled through my account but never did. I sent another email asking them to stop playing games and to issue me with a full refund. At this point I opened a case with PayPal who I used to pay for the order and sent them all corresponding emails I gave them a copy of the returns postage receipt. (And as a gesture of good will PayPal payed me the returns postage in a voucher form for my next PayPal purchase). I sent an email to Boom Booty explaining I have opened a case with PayPal and to remind them to refund me in full. 3 days later I get an email explaining they have issued the refund. PayPal stepped in and gave Boom Booty 10 days (normally 20 working days) to respond on the matter. I replied to Boom Booty stating every email I receive from your company I will be forwarding on to PayPal for evidence and explained you haven't issued any refunds because I cannot see them on my PayPal account. few days later Boom Booty responded "I have contacted our finance department requesting they issue a refund in 48 hours". again I waited not 48 hours but in-fact 4 days and no sign of the refund. Boom Booty took it very close to the 10 days and then finally I could see the refund on my PayPal account. I am completely and utterly disgusted with the service I have received from Boom Booty. They did everything in there power to make it difficult for me to get my money back. The product was cheaply made and heavily marked up and defiantly not worth the price they are selling them for and rely on social media platforms to heavily market there product almost brain wash you into buying them. My advise to consumers, if you buy from these types of businesses make sure you have payment protection like PayPal or most banks and credit cards have these options check T & C's. And to make sure you document and keep every receipt and paper work this is your ammunition to getting your money back. Lastly to be persistent, Boom Booty made it difficult with the hope I would just give up allowing them to keep my money. But after 1.5 Months I finally got every penny back.

Trust these reviews, Read the terms and conditions, It clearly states that boombooty does not guarantee product quality, size, or colour, and they are not obligated to correct any issues, Technically they are not obligated to even send you anything. They have withdrawn all obligations and responsibilities, The terms and conditions clearly states that the information on the website and return policies and exchange policies can change at anytime, and the information on the website is not accurate as it is for general information only, Refer to a more reliable for correct information…. But the website is the only source of information. Dirty Dirty Dirty buisness.
They melt faster then candy floss in hot water. GF accidentally touched it with her curling irons and pow massive 3 inch hole. Wouldnt like to think what would happen if they caught fire. Otherwise they took 3 weeks to come and were comfy and did look nice.

Scheinbar finanziert man hier mit seiner Bestellung die Produktion bzw. die Beschaffung neuer Ware. Auf Nachfrage wo denn meine Bestellung bleibt, teilte man mir mit, dass die Ware nicht auf Lager sei. Wieso ist eine Bestellung dann aber möglich, so warten die Kunden ewig auf ihre Bestellung, in heutiger Zeit ein no Go!
Ich hab am 11.11.23 bestellt und bis heute nichts erhalten. Nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage kam am 23.11 die Nachricht, dass angeblich meine Adresse unvollständig wäre. Das ist wieder 8 Tage her, seitdem tut sich noch immer nichts. Zur Qualität kann ich also nichts sagen, da ich bestellt, bezahlt und nichts erhalten habe.
Natürlich 5 Sterne. Wenn ich könnte würde ich auf jedenfall mehr geben. Ein absolut toller Shop mit super Produkten. Ebenso ist das Team einsame spitze, super nett und hilfsbereit. Ich Spreche eine absolute Empfehlung aus. Vielen Dank für euer da sein. Viele Grüße
24 days order 2 still in transit, BoomBooty still hasn’t got back to me about exchanging the one pair from the first order, Both marked large but ones a small at best. Website changed again saying hassle free returns, They still haven’t emailed me back in regards to exchanging one pair from the first order. They also changed back to 2-3 days shipping but if you click the website info it says Atleast 7-15 buisness days, That’s over 3 full weeks, They won’t be there for Christmas. Sixth update: After threatening to file a transaction dispute, Finally after 19 days order #2 was finally shippped, sAlthough it is still Atleast a week away, and still not a word from customer support, Once you pay, You cannot cancel or refund, You have the right as a consumer, but boombooty doesn’t care, And now they cannot be returned or exchanged as it is over 14 days already and they haven’t even left china yet, Read on for the full experience. Ohh and if you order now like they claim, there’s no way they will be under the tree for Christmas, I ordered almost a month ago and will be lucky if they get here in time. And I live in a capital city, Not like it’s fancy shipping. Fifth Update, I will update this update everyday until boombooty fixes the order or refunds me. order # 2 (19 days ) still hasn’t moved, Boombooty still will not respond, Sophie from boombooty emails me everyday sending me ad pictures of the leggings I “ love so much “ offering the advent 25 discount, but they still haven’t even shipped them as part of my second order, They are literally taunting me through media instead of simply shipping the order or responding to support. Warning ⚠️ you have to pay to return or exchange to Germany. and they will not process exchanges or returns. The only way to get a refund is by raising a transaction dispute which I’m about to do. Fourth Update: Order # 1 arrived within 2 weeks But still no order #2. So far Nothing as advertised, they are normal thin cheap Chinese leggings with stitching in the booty that gives a wedgie, Super thin and flimsy only good for filtered instagram photos, You cannot work out or walk or wear these in public because they will split. Can see loose stitching before even wearing them. Third Update: Still No communication from BoomBooty Support, But a new email everyday telling me to buy more. But no customer service at all. I only placed two orders because as soon as I placed the first one they sent me a 35 percent off code, so I ordered a second order before the first order even processed, Buyer beware, 19 days and it hasn’t even moved. keep reading, That’s not even half of what I have had to go through so far, Second update: after 2 weeks One of two orders arrived, 2 pairs in this order, both very thin and completely different sizes even though both marked large, one is a small at best, Horrible quality control, Very risky ordering, The info@myboombooty address doesn’t work anymore, but the support@myboombooty does but they don’t respond to anything. And I found out it costs more to ship leggings back to Germany from Canada for return or exchange than it does to buy a new pair, That’s how they get you, That’s dirty business! If they need to be exchanged it should be free, also Take note the website changes everyday, The advertising of what these leggings are supposed to do and return policies change every day, The shipping policy changed from 2-3 days to 6-7 days to 6-15 days to 6 days to never, also want to point out the very clear false advertising “Easy Returns” “100 percent satisfaction guaranteed” Isn’t false advertising illegal? Not if the website changes everyday. Easy returns doesn’t mean shipping it to a different country and sending reference numbers and waiting weeks ect. First Update: It has been 5 days, payment went through immediately but they haven’t been processed, contacted customer support and 7 days into it, they got back to me simply to tell me they need my full shipping address, Which was on the confirmation they sent 7 days ago, but I sent it again, Another day goes by and I get an email saying one of my multiple orders has been shipped, But the tracking number takes me to an error page. After that no communication.
Ich habe zwei Leggings bestellt, gleiches Modell, andere Farbe. Die eine Leggings kam bereits nach wenigen Tagen, die zweite nach 10 Tagen Lieferzeit. Beim Auspacken habe ich festgestellt, dass es nicht nur die falsche Größe, sondern auch das falsche Modell ist. Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und nach zwei Tagen eine (Standard-) Antwort bekommen. Ich solle Fotos der falschen Ware schicken- obwohl ich diese bereits in meiner ersten Mail mitgeschickt habe. Daraufhin würden sie mir einen Rücksendeschein schicken, so das Versprechen. Zusätzlich bekam ich die Option mein Geld zurückzubekommen oder den richtigen Artikel zugeschickt. Das ganze ist nun zwei Wochen her und Seitdem warte ich auf Rückmeldung. Diese Art von Kundenservice ist eine einzige Katastrophe!! Ich bin echt sauer!
Warte seit über einen Monat auf 2 Leggins und über das Kontakt Formular erreicht man natürlich keinen aber finde super gut wie viele super Bewertungen die Seite hat muss ja viel gekostet haben die Seite so zu puschen also Finger weg von dem Schrott
Ich bin absolut zufrieden, da die Leggings eine tolle Qualität hat und super sitzt! Auch der Kundenservice ist freundlich und mein Anliegen wurde gleich bearbeitet.

Eine meiner Leggings ist während dem Beintraining am Po gerissen, die ganze Naht ist aufgegangen, ich hatte die Leggings seit August und anfang November war sie dann kaputt. Ich habe daraufhin eine Mail an den Support geschrieben und ihnen mein Problem geschildert, zusätzlich habe ich Fotos von den Mängeln geschickt. Ich habe sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung bekommen und mir wurde eine neue Leggings zugeschickt. Bin wirklich sehr zufrieden damit wie es gelaufen ist.
Product quality is good. Issues with shipping and communication. Got a ship notice a day after ordering but tracking link never worked. Reached out for help after a couple of weeks to be told they needed my full shipping address, which they already had. Back on forth on that for a couple days and then the item showed up, clearly shipped ahead of my reaching out. Support didn't seem in synch with what was really going on. Probably won't order again, lost confidence in the vendor.
Cheap leggings shipped from China and then if you want to return in the UK you have to post at your expense to Germany. Updated January 2024. Still no refund. I posted the leggings at additional expense to Germany and although they attempted delivery it wasn't successful so now they're heading back. Would really recommend staying away. Update mid January - finally received a refund.

Dec 13,2023Schneller Versand, ordentliche Verpackung. Die Hose sitzt sehr schön und ist sehr bequem. Allerdings hatte sie schon bei Lieferung 2-3 Zugfäden und hat nun noch mehr. Sie ist sehr anfällig, sobald man sich an eine Wand mit Rauputz anlehnt oder auf eine nicht so glatte Oberfläche setzt, entstehen sofort Zugfäden. Das ist wirklich schade.
