Dec 31,2024I ordered 2 packs of Christmas cards for printing and posting but only received one pack. When I asked Boots when I'd get the 2nd pack, they wanted proof I'd only received one which was difficult (how do you prove something isn't there?) and I didn't appreciate the implication that I was lying. Eventually, the second pack turned up back at their depot because the address was slightly incorrect. It was bizarre that they'd sent the 2 packs separately, one with the correct address and one with it slightly changed. I finally received the 2nd pack even though it showed yet another slightly different address! There was no sense of urgency even though it was almost Christmas and the fault was theirs. Not impressed!

Dec 31,2024ordered pictures went to pick them up was told they weren’t there. Complained they said they’d pay for the postage and that they were now definitely in the shop. Went back again spent half an hour there, and they weren’t there. Spoke to customer services who said they’d refund me. Instead they have not refunded me and responded to my previous review by saying they won’t refund me unless they are returned. I can’t return them as I haven’t received them. Called them today got transferred three times and then cut off. Called agin was given a number to call and that says they aren’t open!!!

Dec 31,2024I don't like that you try to access my personal photos located at my phone. Not that you use AI to sell my information to others and not your machines at the shops where you've transferred all my data to your servers without my consent.

Dec 29,2024Having never printed photos this way, I was so pleasantly surprised as how quick and easy it was as well as good price value. Great quality and although I’d never print an album worth of photos, this was ideal and I’d use again. Used the QR code and had my photos a minute later!
