Dec 29,2024First I can’t review what I didn’t get. Second when I did place the order it said delivery before Christmas which we are two days past that date. So I would like to know where the photos I placed on false delivery have got to? You taken the payment for them but I’m here waiting even emailed once after payment seeing the date change . Was again told they should arrive? If you print a delivery date knowing how many of us want the photos for Christmas but change the date after the order goes through. This is false advertising and my order was based on a first Christmas which again is no use now. But yes you took payment still. So wrong

Dec 27,2024Not enough staff to help at the printing area. Machines didnt print receipts to scan and receive your photos properly. Envelopes not available to put the photos in so we had to go to a main till and ask. This took a member of staff away from a main till while they looked for an envelope. Poor service really but the photos produced are lovely
