Dec 23,2024Terrible and glitchy website, with unclear voucher code selection. Machines are also useless in store, with huge queueing for 1 of 5 machines. Asking for help from staff inside the stores is a waste of time as they have no formal training nor understanding of the machines. Had these issues for years and the service never improves.
