Definitely five stars. I love Borneohale. The quality and the pricing plus the excellent customer service. This is my favorite vendor for the last four years. They have a beautiful website too. Excellent service! I made an order but had to cancel it. They gave me a full refund and were very quick about it. Friendly, prompt service. Unfortunately I can't comment on the products but I have bought in the past from them and the products are good quality, and always excellent prices. You can trust these guys. Peace out K heads ! :)

Borneohale's product is high quality. Their shipping over the years has gotten much faster. Customer support is very good. My favorite Kratom vendors are Borneohale and Maluku Kratom who recently merged. I now get the best of both companies in one. I trust this company and will be doing all my Kratom business with them.
