Not only do they have automatic communications in place to let you know the status of your order (a must nowadays) but they are also quick to personally respond to questions and to ensure their customers are satisfied. Despite being across an ocean, I received my order quickly (quicker than some US based companies) and it was everything I ordered without issue!

Jun 17,2022Overall happy with the purchase. Was hoping for a bit more weight in the base so it doesn’t move so easily. Was going to do magnets to latch it to table as a non permanent solution. I do farmers markets so wanted something I can take on and off. A heavy base (or option of) would give a temporary setup more stability. Thanks.

We did have an issue with a faulty piece but Bouncepad was very prompt and extremely helpful in send us a replacement part immediately. I highly recommend Bouncepad!
