Mar 11,2019I've ordered different models of ipad cases over the years, from the wall-mounted and now the floor-stand. The build quality and finish are nothing but fantastic, my review could end here but.. Sadly my last order came with the wrong rubber fittings for the iPad model I have. I'm not sure if it was me selecting the wrong type on the order or if it was shipped with the wrong one however this is where they really impressed me.. I reached out to their customer service and their response was prompt and friendly. After a few brief emails back and forth they got the correct parts shipped out (free-of-charge) and I had the fittings within 1-2 days (shipping to Sweden I find that impressive). Great responsive support and quick resolution. No doubt a clear 5/5 experience doing business with Bouncepad and will happily return as a customer in the future.
