Jan 08,2025Achtung SCAM und KEIN Kundenservice !! Ich bewerte normal nie aber so unverschämt wie dieser Shop ist .. habe ein Bikini Top und Unterteil bestellt und bezahlt. Paket kam ungeöffnet nur mit dem Unterteil an. Der Kundenservice behauptet, dass er es verschickt hat und lügt einfach nur. Geld oder Nachlieferung gibt es nicht obwohl der Verkäufer Nacherfüllung des Mangels hat laut BGB. Achtung NICHT kaufen dort. Anwalt wird eingeschaltet..

Jan 03,2025Ta firma to przekręciarze !!!Produkty są inne niż na zdjęciach ,gatunkowo byle jakie i kolory wypłowiałe i zamazane.Gdy chcesz zwrócić to trzeba zapłacić za za zwrot.Więc płacisz 2x !!! za przesyłki w obie strony.Żadnego kontaktu ze sklepem!! Ostrzegam przed firmą Brazilian Bikini Shop !!! nie kupujcie bo dostaniecie bubel i nie będziecie mogli go pozbyć !!

Oct 11,2024I am very pleased to have found a webshop who sells Tiki Monoï products which smell sooo delicious and the service. I ordered Friday night the 4th of October, got a confirmation on the mondaymorning the 7th already that it has been send and received my order on Thursday the 10th! I will come back to order those oils again for sure. Thank you so much!

Sep 06,2024Dopo aver scoperto l'olio di Monoi tramite ricerche, il sito Brazilian Bikini Shop mi è sembrato da subito quello più efficiente e fornito dove acquistare questo prodotto polinesiano protetto da certificazione AO. L'esperienza di acquisto online è piacevole poiché le immagini del sito trasportano subito in un'atmosfera paradisiaca. Ordine arrivato velocemente e impacchetto con cura ; gli olii acquistati nelle varie profumazioni sono idilliaci. Ringrazio Pamela per avermi dato la possibilità di scoprire una fragranza aggiuntiva tramite l'invio di un campione gratuito. Certamente andrò a visitare il negozio fisico in Costa Azzurra non appena mi troverò in quella zona, per scoprire la collezione costumi di persona o comunque ricomprerò online.

Sep 02,2024Commande d’un monoï de soit disant qualité supérieure. À réception, le monoi sent l’huile de friture. Le fait que ce soit des produits naturels ne peut expliquer cette odeur particulièrement désagréable. Renvoi et demande de remboursement. Aucun message d’excuse et les frais de retour sont restés à ma charge (plus de 6 euros pour un monoï à 14…). Je déconseille vraiment, que ce soit sur la qualité des produits ou le service client.

Jul 24,2024Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta innanzitutto della qualità dei prodotti acquistati a base di monoi, sia olio che profumo, oltre al fatto che mi sono arrivati in due soli giorni. Trovo sia un'azienda seria, tutto è spiegato bene sul sito e gli acquisti corrispondono a ciò che cercavo.

Jun 04,2024As per other reviews on here, I ordered to the UK. The cost was below the customs threshold (£131) but i was told I would have to pay £60 to receive the goods. I opted to return instead. But it's now been 3 weeks and I've not had any refund - when I've contacted customer services, at first they didn't respond but now they say I have to contact the postal provider. The postal provider then tells me that BBS has to contact them, not the recipient... round we go still with no refund. I agree with others - if BBS can't service the UK properly, they shouldn't' be trying.

May 23,2024I live in Vancouver, Canada. And my experience was fabulous. I contacted the Blueman store through the website, asking if they could deliver to my place. Elisabete from Brazilian Bikini Shop helped me with all the details, informing all swimming trunks available. So I ordered, and in less than one week, I received my package. And, no words related to the quality of the Blueman products!

Mar 25,2024Bikini besteld maar alleen het broekje ontvangen. Erg jammer! Alleen contact via mail was mogelijk en geen geld terug maar een tegoedbon. Wel blij dat er toch een reactie was natuurlijk, maar in Nederland hoor je gewoon geld terug te krijgen. Het broekje waar geen top bij zat mocht ik houden (deze is immers uit de collectie), wat een fijne bijkomstigheid is, alleen heb ik er dus geen bijpassende top bij. Ik heb eerder eigenlijk nooit gedoe gehad omdat de bikini's die ik bestelde direct mooi op maat waren en het wel echt mooie bikini's zijn die ze verkopen!
