Dec 17,2023I have received a refund of £50 to PayPal/Credit Card (price was £53.95 incl P&P) with no explanation and (apparently) no product sent even though Royal Mail says it is en route! This was a Christmas present which my Grandson will now not receive. Question : Why have you kept £3.95 for P&P when you have not dispatched anything?! This is my 2nd contact with you and still no reply...

Dec 19,2023My order was cancelled without an explanation after being notified it's shipped and they tried to deduct the shipping cost. After I messaged them about it they refunded it but my subsequent inquiry about the product availability was ignored. On the website it was still in stock.
