Nov 11,2023I placed an order 11 days ago, got a confirmation email that the order was placed but no follow up email that my order has been fulfilled and ready to ship. Have emailed and messaged the company to ask for an update with no response. If I do not hear back in a day or two, I intend to take up with my bank and stop payment since it appears I will not be getting my order.

Oct 30,2023I ordered a cute holiday sweatshirt. The sweatshirt pictured looks totally different than what I got. I got some cheep shiny polyester looking garbage with an oversized blurry picture on the front. Never ordering from them again. Plus, it took forever to get here! Junk!!

Oct 23,2023Sizes are small. I can't wear it and can't get anyone to reply to me. I woukd just like to exchange for a larger size. The tees and sweatshirts aren't of normal tee and sweatshirt fabric, they are silky, wasn't real happy with that but would accept it if I could exchange the size.
