Communication was quick and cheerful, an item i had ordered was not available so they immediately contacted me for a replacement, AND added a nice little freebie for the inconvenience, and to say thanks for a first time order. Order was at my door very shortly after ordering, less than an hour. Stellar experience! will definitely purchase again.
