Jan 09,2021Broadway Pro Scooter was very responsive and even advised about best delivery options. I ordered a scooter for my grandson as last minute gift idea. It was received within a couple days, easily meeting my Christmas Eve deadline. They also sent a free T-Shirt and wrist band - a nice bonus for Christmas! I would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered my sons snow scooter right before Christmas for his January 3rd birthday, and when I hadn’t heard from anyone by December 28th I sent a quick email to make sure my order was received. Not only did I hear back immediately, but the scooter showed up the very next day! My 14 year old has been out on that scooter every day since!

Jan 20,2021I purchased my scooter and helmet on Jan 1st, 2020. I got an email telling me they were out of helmets. They asked if I wanted a refund or to pick a different helmet. I told them I’d take a refund. I thought we were talking about the helmet but through miscommunication my entire order was refunded. I was upset and asked why I was refunded my entire order and that I had purchased this Jan 1st and it was now Jan 11th. I wanted to get it in time for my son who would be receiving it for his birthday. I got an email asking to call me. I talked to a man who explained the misunderstanding that he would send the scooter within 3 days. I was then happy. Unfortunately, it did not arrive in time. But I do not hold it against them. It was likely the post office that didn’t get it to me in time. This company is honest. They tried to make a mistake right. So for this I give them 5 stars.
