Jan 01,2021Great communication. Purchased product and didn't have a confirmation email . But was happy to know that all was taken care of when I emailed the customer service. Product is working fine. One suggestion is keep the email field when ordering , a required field for new customers . That way we will always get an order confirmation .

Jan 06,2021Broadway shipped my order right away. I received everything that was ordered. The only problem was that Broadway used USPS to ship. When you have a very anxious son waiting for his parts and the post office not on their game at all, it’s been a difficult couple of days.
