Oct 19,2020Honestly I do not understand why people claim quality is good. I would not give any star if I could. Few days ago my son got his custom made scooter and is disapointed. After screwing bar part and deck part together the bar moves, it was unsafe for my son to ride on skatepark. We tried so many times unsuccesfully. They did not send any tool, we had to buy imbus and the scooter looks much worse than the computer version. Two months ago he bought Invert. After a little more than a month the wheel FELL OFF!!! Bearing broke. My son is in ementary school and with his simply ride the scooter broke after a month. If the quality is good as they claim it would not happened. He had razor and fusion scooters before and he still has them. Nothing broke, nothing fell off, just they are too small and get too loose. I am very disappointed in their products and customer service approach!!!

Oct 15,2020I had little or no knowledge about scooter parts but I promised my grandson that I would help him with a build-out project where all he had was the deck. Jeff at Broadway Pro Scooters went above and beyond in explaining what I needed. Every email inquiry I sent him as we went along with the project was answered promptly and with detailed information. I could not have selected the parts without his assistance. This is what good customer service should be. My grandson and I are very grateful to Jeff and Broadway Pro Scooters for all they did for us. They have our highest recommendation.
