Broadway Pro Scooters is an awesome company. My order was shipped out on the next day and I received the tracking info right away. Although I didn’t order a custom build, my son and I enjoyed the scooter builder and getting to see the possibilities. Although I haven’t had to deal with customer service yet for an issue regarding a purchase, seeing the other reviews gave me confidence to be a customer.

My son LOVES this scooter. All of the boys in our complex have pro scooters. He couldn’t wait to join and do tricks with them. They were all at the door excited when he opened his. Yelling our model numbers and what not. Perfect birthday gift!! The shipping was super fast as well. Thank you!!

I have not received the order yet. In addition, I have now contacted you twice to say that the tracking # you sent does not work - I received one reply from your customer service rep Anjericka telling me to wait 24 hours. (That was on 12/8) The order was placed on 11/23... today is 12/12!!! THERE IS NO TRACKING INFO on Order #218347!!! PLEASE CORRECT THIS IMMEDIATELY! Christmas is near...
