May 28,2020Service was good considering that my initial order was lost and the 2 day shipping amount was refunded but the grip tape came with a hole ripped through the "a" in hella grip so i had to cut the "a" and turn it into hell grip and the only protection on the bars was a plastic bag so they got scratched and gashed a little bit but that would've happened anyways later on also the box it came in was all smashed up.

Easy purchase process, very fast shipping, and awesome product!! This scooter is shared among kids aged 7-13 and two adults - and we all love it!
