Mar 25,2020Scooter I was looking for to buy from you I was charged for two of same scooter to find out there never were any orders placed by me. Meaning I was charged four hundred dollars by your company, when there was no intention of sending me any product. And when I called number on website which turned out to be an actual store in N.Y. and was told to get over it he has had money taken from his account before and that I was " inhuman" for being upset cause no one could tell me why my money was taken in first place I was cused out and hung up on. So I went through Amazon to get the scooter I needed. No stealing from me. No rudeness when seeking help. Just the product I ordered.
