Jan 17,2020I would have gave you guys 5 stars but the indian guy who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me when i asked when my step sons new scooter was coming... I called back, talked to a very nice young lady who gave me all the answers i needed...she made it better.. Fire the indian guy.. My step son loves the scooter!

Jan 12,2020I placed an order on Jan.2 and it didn't ship until Jan.9. I've placed a number of orders prior to this one, and they always got shipped quickly. I'm hoping this is just due to being right after the holidays, and a back log of orders. We love your company otherwise.

Jan 09,2020When I placed the order it led me to believe I was getting 3 day shipping unfortunately that was not the case so the wheels I ordered came after Christmas it was very disappointing for my nephews and then I had to scramble to buy them other last minute gifts to make sure they had something to open from me on Christmas.
