Dec 24,2019This was a fantastic experience of service. My grandson wanted a custom scooter, of which I ordered, slightly incorrectly. They called me at least twice and helped me work through the order and it arrived in time for Christmas, which I was concerned about cuz we were pushing time). I haven't given it to him yet, but I'm sure he'll love it. The team there kept me informed and were extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.

Dec 20,2019The website would not process our payment method despite multiple attempts on several devices and cards. We emailed Broadway Pro Scooters (my wife and myself separately). This was Black Friday, and consequently we missed the sale price on two scooters. No one acknowledged our request for help with the purchase. Terrible customer service.
