Was needing a new radiator for my 07 6.0. After many hours researching options over stock, I went with the bulletproof one. Radiator is great! Fit right in with no issues! Can't say that it runs cooler than the factory one but it is dang sure built better. I foresee many years of use out of this one! And as always, I know I can trust a product from bulletproof even if it's not made by them!

Bulletproof called me to be certain that I was getting the correct part for my 6.0 . They took the time instead of just sending a water pump with the info I gave them because there were 2 different water pumps for this engine for this year.

In my opinion and what i noticed after installing the air to oil and egr coolers on my 6.0l my mpg dropped from 14mpg to 8-10 mpg,why did this happen i dont know,but besides that my oil and coolent temps improved drastically,my oil temps are about 6 dagrees cooler then my coolent temps,before installing this my oil temps were 30 dagrees hotter then the coolent temp,this kit helps alot but the only down fall is the mpg loss.

Only the best for my 6.0 Ford. I demand reliability and upgraded performance is always appreciated. There radiator along with there water pump both fit the bill. Fit and function are superior. My '06 dually now gets down the road while pulling our 43' 20k fifth wheel better than ever. Mountain grades and heavy winds all at an average of 5-10 degrees lower temps than stock.. Thx BPD... Great products..

I love the Bulletproof Diesel Tech Step. Yes its an expensive tool. I didnt have enough room in front of the Excursion alnd garage wall to use a top side creeper. The step allows me to due extensive work back by the turbo easily and comfortably.

Replaced the ficm about three weeks ago. Right away I could tell the excursion was running different. I asked the wife to come out and give me her opinion. She say the same thing I was thinking that it was running much quite then before. Voltage is much more stable. Very happy!
