Oct 20,2023Have used BCC twice now in the past year. Paulina was my agent and both times she was very nice and helpful finding me great deals on one way business class seats. The first was from Rome to NYC and last month from London to NYC. The price was almost half of the cost advertised on the airline websites as well as booking.com & Expedia. Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend Paulina!!

Oct 20,2023Dishonest money grubbing horrible service with an agent Sofia that acts like a high school kid who only cares about taking your money. I booked business class to Paris from LA I’m using paying for a hotel. Initially she put me by the Paris airport,over 1-2 hours away from Paris I told her no I want to be in the center of Paris or the left bank. I came down with covid and asked to delay the trip 3 weeks. They charged me 1300$ more and put me at the hotel by the airport. I asked her to change it and she said NO. I asked to speak with the owner She refused and said”tomorrow morning “she will send me his number what a mistake using this agency

Oct 20,2023We have used BCC for many years now. Even during COVID we had to change/cancel flights etc. they were fantastic. We did have to PAY more for our new flights but other than that the service wonderful. Tiffany is the representative we work with. Would highly recommend.

Oct 18,2023We used BCC a few years ago when we went to China. They were easy to work with and the flights were fantastic. To give you an example, my cousin flew to Europe on his own and paid over $3,000 more for his business class ticket than we did for ours through BCC. This year, we called them again for our rt flight to Europe and for our flights within Europe. Daniel was more than fantastic! Coordinating everything for this trip made our heads spin but Daniel made booking our flights effortless for us. I can't say enough about Daniel and BCC. We definitely will call them again for our next flight to Thailand.

Oct 17,2023I wish I could give a 4.5. Rep found good schedules, followed up to answer questions, and the price was great. Only issue was some confusion with my complicated last name and getting my global entry attached on the first try. All fixable things. I will be a repeat customer.

Never complained and really just empathized with us and got the job done. She did her best to get us the best flights for the least expensive price on very short notice. She will definitely be my first call at BC Consolidators anytime I travel by air.
