Feb 21,2025I asked the agent to provide me quotes for a one-way business class and then a separate quote for economy class with Qatar Airways so I could fly with others in the group. I decided to take the economy fair with QA since the business class fare was unbelievably expensive. I did not price check this fare since I was already working with a consolidator company. I accepted the fair that was quoted and then checked on QA website and found the fair cheaper than what this agent had charged me. And what really burns is he charged me over $100 for a service fee. I contacted the agent who made the booking and he made no concession ignoring further emails with no replies. (See review left at sitejabber.com) Postings on the internet tell you to be careful when considering using a consolidator airfare company and I certainly agree after this incident. There are plenty of good consolidator companies out there but I will never do business with Business Class Consolidator in the future.

Feb 21,2025Prompt fulfillment of just what I was looking for, at a price that was about what I was expecting. Although one of the options that BCC offered was out of line in terms of time demands (overshoot on one stop, with very long layover), the other option was just right.

Feb 21,2025The initial sale was great, but the airline made some changes to the itinerary. We weren't able to change our flights (although the airline sent us a message saying we could) to a better time. Pretty frustrated with that.

Feb 21,2025Even though I had flights canceled during my trip that impacted my return home, Cecilia did everything she could to ensure that I had seats within the class of service that I purchased on the new flights while providing the fastest route home. She was always available and returned both phone and emails promptly. She provided great customer service.

The prices are not always the lowest, but, she always gives us all the available options for the flights that we require. She is also always very courteous and pleasant to talk to.

Feb 10,2025I do not recommend this company Business Class Consolidators. I had bad experience with company. I did have an emergency due to my Hospitailsation in Mumbai and accordingly I did submit the required paperwork to them. Qatar also wanted that the ticket was purchased from them and they should submit the required paperwork so they can issue me a refund for the unused portion. The agent Alexis Wellens and her supervisor did not follow up but kept delaying the matter and totally ignored my case.

Because he goes the extra mile, suggested creative alternatives when dates and/or prices didn't work out for me, and communicating with him was always very pleasant, professional, and prompt. Manuel truly stands out; he is one of those rare gems you don't find very often! I will definitely contact him for my next flight requirements, and have no hesitation recommending him. Feb 07,2025I have used Anastasia at BCC more than once to schedule business class flights for me on international routes. The latest was from JFK to MAH Seychelles on Qatar Air then Singapore to JFK thru Tokyo via Japan Airlines. Excellent trips at reasonable prices. She always gives me several options to pick from so I can get a choice of airlines and routes. Using BCC right now for Washington DC IAD to Casablanca. Good responsive communication.
