He was extra helpful, diligent, and when I needed to rebook to extend my stay he figured that out still saving me a great deal of expense. I had a last minute flight cancellation that could have really impacted the entire trip and he was there with me the whole way making sure the trip was a success. I thought I would continue to use this company. 3rd day into the trip Chris contacts me by email to let me know he did not book my return flight!!!!! Dude! Maybe don’t use Chris S.

We had multiple couples and she was easy to work with directly, communicated above normal change notifications, checked on some additional stops for some events we could hit and even checked in close to travel. We already gave her some dates to keep an eye out for for our next transatlantic journey. What an amazing service and team!
