Aug 30,2018Great service and, to its credit, Buxtons holds stocks of spare parts that aren't available elsewhere. My one criticism is the £6.50 flat rate postage fee which, for two small replacement springs for secateurs, seems steep, especially when it arrived in a big DPD van. Maybe a smaller fee for small items?
