Aug 31,2022These people take your money and don’t send the goods out. I placed an order 10 days ago and it hasn’t been dispatched yet. I’ve emailed twice but get no response. What an ignorant, incompetent set of people. I think this company has turned its name round and the original name has unbelievably bad reviews. If you want to receive your goods order from a more reputable company The item in question was a Brita flow water dispenser.

The package has arrived, but the case (childs teaset in plastic case) is cracked and would be a danger to a small child. The case was well packaged, which might suggest that the case was faulty before it was packaged and posted to me :( :( :(
