Spoke to a person in charge and instead of listening to me he slammed the phone down. not a good experience. I have kept the sander and will buy a larger one locally.

Easy to navigate website with an impressive array of products from home and kitchenware to toys and DIY accessories, all at very competitive prices. After placing my order I realised that I would not be home to receive its delivery, as we had been booked to go away. Spoke to an extremely helpful gentleman who was more than happy to hang on to it until my return. Upon informing them of my return, my order was dispatched the same day, and received the next, even though I had not expected, nor paid for, next day delivery. Extremely impressed by the level of customer service and how willing they were to accommodate my request. Items were well packaged, received in perfect condition and just as described on the website. Would not hesitate in recommending BuysBest and would certainly use this company again. Many thanks from a very happy customer!

Oct 21,2022I'm giving them 1 star at this point in time because once you've placed your order and they've taken your money there is then absolutely no contact from them whatsoever; no order confirmation and no response to messages. It may well be a glitch, or a very poor tech/customer support set up. But, unless someone from buysbest.co.uk reads this and confirms they haven't stolen my money, that they have received my order and/or confirms that the order has been despatched, I would suggest you leave this company well alone. There are other things in life to get stressed over rather than a company that leaves you out in the ether after they've taken your money off you. In response to BuysBest msg below: I feel this is a disingenuous response. I've already messaged you, on 22 October, via your website's "Contact Us" page, which confirms on the RH side of the page that the form goes to your customer services email address. You will have seen that message. In addition, you now have my extra message responding to your request for more info via TrustPilot.
