Sep 20,2024I ordered the day time aligners, the ones that need to be worn 22 hrs and they processed my order to the night time alignments. Also I didn’t know I was going to be paying for so much extra stuff I was under the impression that that stuff was complimentary. Didn’t get a run done of my order just the total amount to pay for and that’s it. Everything else was fine.

They won’t let u use ur debit card and I would like to give my payments when i get paid. I’m kinda wishing I just went with Invisalign.

Sep 20,2024Ordering was easy, but the minimum required age to use and be approved to use should be somewhere on the ordering page. I ordered this product a didn’t find out that the minimum age was 12, when I had already taken and sent back impressions. It was a was of my time and money.

I was on the point of filing a formal complaint but decided to just reach out to every phone and email I had with Byte before doing so and eventually someone followed up and pushed my order forward in the process.
