They take forever to review in treatment issues. Their support will ask you the same 5-6 questions multiple times and ask you to take 20 pics of your mouth and then make you wait forever before resuming your treatment. I guess you get what you pay for.

YES RECOMMEND..BUT...YOU NEED TO KNOW... This was a great program for me as I travel extensively so any program that required many visits to the dentist would not work for me. I am extremely happy with the results with the Byte program BUT the process was NOT flawless. You should know I was a "model" patient. I never missed a day, I took care of my aligners, flossed daily and wore them religiously. 1. I did the NIGHT aligners and quickly discovered that 10 hours is NOT enough. I decided I needed to pop them in for several additional hours in the afternoon. I also EXTENDED each tray from 1 week to 10+days. I was more concerned about my tooth health and did not need/want to rush the process. 2. Do NOT force the tray---if it fits too tight out you will break it. Better to wear them longer and swap once they are easy to remove / inset. 3. As I got the the end (#18) I developed gaps between my lower front teeth. I'm in my 50's so gums aren't as high and tight as they were years ago. My bottom teeth still not "perfectly" straight but still pleased with results I decided to wrap it up rather than request more aligners and risk increasing the gaps. No matter, 100% improvement! 4. Important to note and not panic, there are times your bite will feel really "off" ... trust the process as the top and bottom shift at different rates. It all comes back together perfectly so just hang in there. 5. THE BAD: I found the customer service at the beginning to be very responsive HOWEVER when I had an issue that is where they dropped the ball and my frustration began. READ THE DETAILS HERE I was told by my dentist I had a loose (large) filling that would need a crown or risk a vertical crack. I contacted Byte and at their suggestion I delayed the crown a bit longer as I was near the end of my treatment. Once the new crown was in THEN we'd fit for the retainer. I contacted BYTE IMMEDIATELY once I got the crown as my last aligner would no longer not fit. I contact Byte by phone and also email, but did not get a timely response. I called and tried again to explain the urgency (worried my teeth would shift back and also I would traveling on an extended trip out of the country so time is of the essence). I need the retainers ASAP. I then received an email asking for all my dental records before they would fit me for a retainer. UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE. I ha=d not dental issues all I needed was a new impression kit ASAP so I could order the retainers. I then requested a supervision contact me. The run around dragged on to the point I had to purchase a next day custom retainer from my dentist! I did not expect this expense and it really left a "bad taste" in my mouth. The "run around" ruined what had been a great process up to this point. I finally received the retainer kit and the retainers arrives in a timely manner from that point. 4. MONTHS LATER I attempted to order another pair of retainers but the website would not let me place the order. It wanted to sell me a new aligner system. Two more calls to customer service. An agent could not take my order by phone but did "reset" my account to allow me to order online. Again, another hassle and more delay. BOTTOM LINE, I would recommend this system to anyone with mild straightening needs. Don't go into the program if you have any impending dental needs such as a crown or filling. IF you have NO issues then the process was pretty easy, effective... really brilliant.

Awful. Didn't fix my teeth, looks nothing as the treatment plan they offered and no one to contact. Non of the numbers or emails are answering.

I wrote in 3 times I finally got a response because I said I wanted to cancel my plan because I didn’t feel comfortable anymore after reading more reviews. The aligners hadn’t shipped yet but I was told no. Customer service was horrible with timing. Its crazy because I had no problems getting responses when it was time to fit myself for the aligners. I was getting texts back immediately some times. So now im stuck paying for something I don’t want and weren’t given any options to even ease the situation

I wasnt sure what exactly byte was so i bought the kit thinking it was just general liners anyone can use. I was wrong and can admit that was stupid of me, however i figured out i was wrong within an hour of my purchase and wanted a refund. My order hasnt been shipped during that time and contacted customer support, they said they cant do anything since its already been shipped. I dont know it just seems like a weird policy especially that it hasnt been a full 24 hours let alone 5 hours when i bought it. Its also very strange to me that you have to buy the kit before actually seeing or reading exactly it is or what it does. So i wasted money.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Byte ultimately left me with a crooked smile-Blamed me and told me if i wanted to fix it i had to pay roughly another 800. after trying to work with bite for two years-While they jerked me around on the phone and through email. They also managed to mess up my credit-Zero fault of my own. They claimed zero responsibility and after two years, left me with a crooked smile and a messed up credit score-After taking 4k+ of the money i worked hard for. Absolute disgrace.
