On Byte’s website I sent them a series of questions about their aligners with my email so they can respond. I never received a response. Hopefully this isn’t reflective of their overall customer service because I still chose to order the impression kit.

They said if I returned the impression kit I would get a free whitener. That did not happen. Then they sent everything to the wrong address even after I contacted them within the same hour that I ordered. When emailing them I mentioned the free whitener and they did not even acknowledge it.

I've asked the same question more than a dozen times now. I'm trying to understand why I have 16 lines for my somewhat straight top teeth and 1 liner for my crooked bottom teeth. I've yet to get an answer after weeks of asking.

You weren’t honest when I needed to take out a line of credit! My credit score went down 43 points due to the fact that I thought I would just be paying a monthly subscription and not have $2899 in debt all of the sudden.

My advisors were amazing!!! The process went so quick from receiving my impression kit, to all of the reviews and approvals. My Byte kit is already on its way a lot sooner than expected. I’m excited

Byte Advisor lost my order for aligners. I called customer service multiple times, waiting on hold for hours in total. My advisor texted me back, that bytes made a mistake and was working on it but wouldn't give timeframe. Asked to speak to supervisor, no one ever contacted me. Did receive aligners.

I can’t give a full review. I’ve only worked with the impression person and a sales guy. My aligners are in transit. What I didn’t like with both is that I mentioned to them about the over crowding in my mouth and the fact I should maybe have my wisdom teeth pulled. They both dismissed it. It’s obvious from my impressions that my bottom teeth are crowded and therefore pushing together. It only logical to make room for them by taking out the two wisdom teeth. I was of the belief that I’d talk with someone who reviewed my impressions etc. to discuss my treatment plan. But that was not the case at all.

I was very excited when I finally made the decision to purchase the byte overnight aligner package. I looked at several different companies and with customer service being my priority I selected byte. The company promised to complete the proposed treatment plan in four months as long as I, strictly adhered to protocol. They were very responsive prior to my purchase and answered any questions that I had. Once I had started the process and payment was made, however I was unable to get any assistance. They sent me 14 of 17 top aligners and 14 of 14 bottom aligners with the initial shipment. Once I completed that , I was to check in for the additional aligners to be sent. I did that. After several weeks without the top aligners being sent, I finally was able to speak to a representative who had the three additional aligners shipped. I was asked at least 10 times to send photos and answer questions that I had already sent, and already answered. Once I finished the additional three weeks of aligners, I requested retainers. Again, multiple times of asking for photos which I sent and answering questions which I answered and being told with each of these emails to “stay in current aligned until instructed differently. the retainers still have not been sent. I have written the company stating my disapproval as well as called several times. I have now been wearing my bottom aligners for over four months. Despite daily cleaning , it is disgusting. These aligners are meant to be worn for a short period of time. Certainly not for four months. With no choice but to keep wearing the last aligned I sent emails pleading with them to send my retainers just to be done with this process. The response I then received from them was since I have been wearing the bottom aligners longer than the recommended one week I have voided any guarantee but could reopen a plan for an additional $800! Obviously I am still wearing them as I have no retainers! Again I reached out to customer service , who told me he could see the many times I’d reached out but there was no way to expedite the retainers. Again they asked for me to send more pictures which I did. They then sent me an impression kit for the retainers and told me it would be 2 to 4 weeks from the time the impression kit is received back to them before I would receive the retainers. I am now on the ninth month of what I was told would be a four month process with the last four months being stagnant. In hindsight, I should have gone with the Invisalign through a local orthodontist. Yes, it would have been more expensive, but I would be happier with the result, and the treatment time would have been the same. I am very disappointed with the service that I received from this company and unfortunately would not recommend them.
