Sep 05,2022I ordered the cake 4 days before and delivered by today. The cake got delivered on time but was not in condition the way I ordered, the cake form was all distorted. The message on the card was also not correct. Overall, I am not satisfied with the cake and the price that this site charged as per cake condition.

Jul 18,2022Order a Gift that includes Flower, Dairy Milk, and a teddy bear for a special event with delivery at a fixed time. They charged extra for fixed delivery time. Neither they delivered the items during that period and they delivered them after 10 days, ultimately spoiling the relationship with whom I intended to send the gift. Oct 24,2021on my wife's Birthday 25/10/21 we have order cake and rose with vise on Cakegift. while ordering we have selected the delivery time slot 10am to 1 pm with paying 349 RS additional. we have arranged the all function based on this time slot and invite guest on 1 PM. But on same . day after 12 pm i called their executives for checking the status of my order they told me that, they can only deliver @ 6 PM. My All functions spoiled and we brought a cake from near by shop paying 2500.

Sep 09,2021I order cake and paid extra for the morning delivery but no update. Reached out to the whatsapp number and even tried calling them but no one picked or responded to the call. Even on chat, they start with "hi" and once I provide them the order number, they stop responding to the chat. This is a scam that they are running.

Aug 16,2021I ordered a cake from cakegift. in on 07/08/21 and accordingly paid the money through paytm wallet. But they failed to deliver the order and did not repond to my mail either. Moreover they did not return the money, for which I think it is a fake website and urge people not to order anything from them and also take legal steps against the site

Aug 15,2021I ordered a cake for my brothers birthday . They took the money and never delivered . I had written innumerable mails but no response from them. I would request all those who are looking to gifting a cake please look somewhere else. This is not a trustworthy organisation. Now I am looking at the reviews I can see so many people have been cheated and their special day ruined because of them. I wish the authorities would take notice and stop this organisation from cheating more people .

Jul 14,2021I had ordered - Delicious Almond Dry Cake- 500 gms. (Order 122647) for my mom's birthday but unfortunately a Plum cake got delivered and to make it worse it had RUM in it ! my unknowing parents ate a piece of that cake. Couldn;t get hold of any response for several days Feel cheated

Jun 16,2021If there was a way to give them negative Stars, I would definitely give it to them. We ordered a cake and a chocolate+roses bouquet for my father in laws 70th birthday and booked for it to be delivered on 15th June between 10 am and 1pm. We checked and called the cakegift team around 4pm as we have not received the cake as yet. At this time, the order status was still 'received'. I called the guy and the person who answered mentioned that there was some delay and that it will be delivered before 6pm (6pm onwards is curfew in Hyderabad). I waited until 6pm and followed up with the guy again via phone and whatsapp. The guy kept on disconnecting my calls and there was no response to my messages either. Around 10pm, I received an email from them advising me that the order was completed. I waited until my in laws woke up to check and sure enough nothing was delivered and they marked it as complete! I am asking them for a refund which I will pursue with my credit card company. The response on their behalf has been extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I will be pursuing this matter further with them individually. I urge all those reading this review with a view to place an order with them, look somewhere else if you want your special days to be made special. These guys are definitely not the right pick!

Jun 09,2021Never buy from this site.. they are thugs. They took order and payment but never delivered the product. And if you will call or mail them. They will not answer. After lot of calls messages mails.. they didn't respond me. Then I complained to consumer portal for taking strict action. Then I received my refund from them by the help of consumer portal (Jaago grahak jaago) God knows, how many people like me they cheated!

Jun 03,2021They are the biggest fraud. They take your money and Never deliver you product. Infact they block your number and abuse you if you any how try to contact them. They left us only with one option and that is to take legal action.
