May 04,2022We bought a camper van from Caledonian Campers. I’d contacted a few places at the same time. The customer service from Caledonian Campers was on a different level from the rest altogether. We decided on the Grand Tourer model and Martin was really helpful all through the process, providing knowledgeable advice when we needed it. We picked up our van in April and are extremely pleased with it. The conversion work is to a very high standard. Really good attention to detail and quality materials. The whole package is outstanding and we can wholeheartedly recommend Caledonian Campers to anyone looking for a quality camper van or conversion. Thanks again Martin.

Apr 26,2022I recently bought a camper van from Caledonian campers and found the service and quality of vans second to none. Having done my homework I knew what I was looking for and the van I purchased ticked all the boxes. Tony made the process very straightforward and was knowledgeable and helpful when answering queries. The build quality of the vans is the best I have seen even after checking out multiple suppliers. The vans really stand out with the alloys, side bars and front splitter. Add on the 5 year warranty's and servicing and you also have piece of mind. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new camper.

Excellent advice from day one, great service and information throughout our decision buy our first campervan. The advice was great and the product is second to none. To say the professionalism and workmanship that has gone into the campervan conversion is simply magnificent would be an understatement! After picking up our new campervan, my wife and I have just spent our first weekend away with it and it was truly great. Mar 29,2022If, like me you are in the market for a beautiful VW Camper Van I can't rate Caledonian Campers high enough. I'm in love my machine and the quality of the conversion. Such a friendly and welcoming crew and Martin gave me great and honest service from the start talking through options, pros and cons and regular progress updates. The little touches and after service also great and picking the van up was a happy and memorable occasion. I did my homework before my initial visit and looked at a number of UK dealers so really felt I was given the right advice. Many happy adventures ahead. Life's too short not to.

This is our first campervan so we had done a lot of research and knew what we wanted, so when we saw the perfect base van pop up on Caledonian's Instagram we knew our luck was in. Martin talked us through all the conversion options and really thought about what would work best for us. The price and quality of the conversion was first class, we couldn't have gone anywhere else. Prior to collecting the van Martin sent a video to show us how everything works (I still rely on that video!). Nothing was ever too much trouble and we'd highly recommend buying your next camper from Caledonian.

Mar 02,2022We replaced our much loved 1986 T25 Transporter in March 2022 with a new T28 Caledonian Campers conversion. Firstly, the quality of the workmanship and materials were first class and the basic utility of these campers had to be experienced to be to be believed. With Apple car play, a table integrated into the sliding door, an awning and a reversing camera before you even get to the camper basics which were all thoughtfully designed and beautifully constructed. Martin Sheffield was fantastic to deal with. He knows his camper van stuff inside out and together with his dry humour and patience he answered all our questions and got our dream van built for us. Thank you Martin and thank you all of the technical and office staff at Caledonian Campers. See you in 5 years for a VW Crafter conversion.

Oct 10,2021We placed our order towards the end of last year from the excellent and efficient Caledonian Campers. Because of Covid our lovely Wildax Solaris XL suffered delayed delivery. But it was well worth the wait! We were kept posted along the way and it was safely delivered to us. It has lived up to all our expectations. We really couldn’t be more pleased with both the service we received from Caledonian Campers and the Wildax!

Having not done it before, I wasn't sure what to expect but I did my homework online and approached CC who quickly turned things around and before I knew it, was collecting the van within a couple of weeks. I had expected it would take at least a couple of months. Friendly and professional staff at the heart of the business made it a pleasure. Highly recommend them.

John C was excellent at explaining all procedures which included a full run down of all the facilities in the vehicle on the day we collected. Our private plates were even transferred. Another beautiful touch and example of going above and beyond was that on collection day we were thanked by the owner Steven and given a much appreciated gift, as it was my birthday 🥳. Aug 06,2021Ordered a VW T6 GT Conversion back in March and collected van early June. The customer care from start to finish has been outstanding. Our van arrived on time from the factory and conversion completed as per schedule. Martin Sheffield looked after us from start to finish and it's lovely to deal with someone who is genuinely friendly, honest and helpful. There was an issue with the van sent by VW but this was remedied straightaway by Caledonian Campers and their solution worked out extremely well in our favour - customer service that went beyond what was expected. The quality of the conversion is 1st Class and after sales support brilliant. By far the best VW convertors around. Many thanks to Martin and the team. Cheers, the Todd family ;o)

Jul 31,2021We came home today with our beautiful VW T6 LWB ! We really can have a party with all that space. Thanks to John and all the team! Cannot begin to tell you how professional, courteous and knowledgeable John is - we laughed so much and all my “stupid” questions were answered. Really appreciated the tour of the workshop including the sewing room. John also took us to see his own van where he shared some great ideas we were able to incorporate in our camper. This really helped us decide on Caledonian Campers. Workmanship is quite impeccable with such attention to every detail (even down the last minute adjustment needed before we drove away to accommodate the porta potti. thanks Andy!) There was a delay in the van arriving from the manufacturer and Martin kept us informed all the way through the whole thing. When the van finally arrived, he did a wonderful video showing how everything worked, which has been invaluable! Martin was an absolute pleasure to deal with, as was everyone at Caledonian Campers…I would wholeheartedly recommend them!

From the first visit the friendly, relaxed, engaging, non pressurised gentle education of what we might be looking for not, having a clue about how to make a value judgment on a fairly large investment, John and the team were open and honest throughout. To the non scheduled “lets look at the campervans in the workshop” to the patient hand holding through the specification process it was about making the right decision for us.. not about making a sale. Such a refreshing experience.. Bought not just a campervan, also a large dose of freedom and rewarding lasting impression of a business that puts its customers at its heart.

John was so helpful and always answers my silly questions over txts rapid which is great. The whole journey was very easy, the standard our camper is finished to is excellent. We have already had our first adventure which was amazing! The atmosphere at Caledonian is so relaxed and it feels like a family vibe, everyone is really nice and mega helpful. I first heard of Caledonian campers from staycation Scotland on Instagram, who I know trust and value the service at Caledonian so it was an easy find and purchase for us. I would highly recommend the team if you are looking for a fab home on wheels👌🏻
