Apr 16,2022Excellent customer service. I had found the ear straps were pulling my ears forward and I felt they were too thick ( ear straps , not ears 😂 ) I was advised to try the extra nose strip supplied , problem solved.

For the first time in decades of travel, after using the mask, I did not get an URI from the flight. I am not vaccinated against COVID 19 and wore my Cambridge mask for protection. I never acquired COVID. It works. I'm a believer.

Apr 14,2022I now have 3 Cambridge masks. The medium size is perfect for me. I can comfortably wear them without any problems or my glasses steaming up. I feel much safer when attending hospital appointments. I tried putting my mask on when walking by a heavily polluted road to see if it made a difference. Wow. I was able to breath properly! Thank you for such a great product.

Apr 14,2022We bought two of these, the larger version (for a man) is fine but the smaller one for me (woman) just folds my ears in half and comes off. The head strap is quite unwieldy so I wouldn’t want to wear it for long although the venting makes it more pleasant to wear

Apr 13,2022Our daughter is both Immune suppressed and deficient, consequently we need really good face masks as my husband and I are in a bubble still with her. Your masks are comfortable and to be honest we truly trust them. We still need to wear them when supermarket shopping or whatever and to be honest in this way we are protecting our daughter. Your masks are brilliant and we all feel safer. However, would you believe the material that goes around the ears could be perhaps a little thinner as currently the thickness tends to push my ears out a bit. Nevertheless, if that is the only wee problem, they are still great masks. Thank you.

Apr 12,2022First Order and we received an package with our name and address but the contents was an item that we had not ordered with a invoice to another person which included their name and address - I appreciate that this is not the fault of Cambridge Masks, it was their distribution company that had made the error of the wrong label on the wrong package, and Cambridge Masks quickly sent out replacements together with our second order which all came together to the correct address. I guess therefore perhaps this review is a little hard on Cambridge Masks, but after our complaint to them in regards to this, and having no call back or explanatory email that our data had been sent to someone else and theirs to us, which I would presume would have GDPR implications, it felt as if this was almost 'acceptable' or that it happened frequently and just the same replacement products were enough. I am not so sure, what has changed at the distribution centre to stop it from happening again? Masks themselves, fantastic, comfortable and easy to wear - just a shame that there was a very poor choice due to lack of stock when we were ordering but otherwise very happy.

Apr 11,2022There is a comfort in knowing that you yourself are being protected as well as other people who may catch Covid from you! The mask functions well but the straps could be improved as they do not always sit comfortably on the ears. Nevertheless worth the slight discomfort. Plan to continue using - perhaps for the long term future.

Apr 11,2022These masks work very well but are spoiled by some poor design centred around the loops that go round the ear. They are too thick. People who wear glasses and hearing aids may find that there isn't enough room for everything. Also, the stick-on padding for the bridge of the nose does not survive being washed. I found it wasn't necessary to use it anyway. But apart from that, they are very comfortable.

Apr 10,2022These are the only reusable masks I trust. During allergy season and fire season they are the only thing that helps with breathing. I’ve also tried on them heavily during the pandemic. I do wish the ear loops were adjustable, as I need a large mask but have to pin and sew the ear loops to be shorter for a good sealed fit.

Apr 16,2022I wanted to take advantage of the 2 for 1 offer. I ordered 2 masks but didn't notice that I had to click on the offer code and was charged for two. I was pleased that you refunded the difference but wondered if the website could have been designed so that you automatically got 2 for 1 if that was the current offer or prompted a response before payment was finalised.
