Apr 06,2022I am very happy with my Cambridge mask, thank you! This is my second one - I have found after 6 months of washing them they go a little out of shape but still wearable - they are very good quality otherwise.

Apr 06,2022Great masks, on the expensive side but the main disappointment is that they don't offer any loyalty discounts for repeat customers. Customer service team are a bit hit and miss, some are super helpful others less so.

Apr 06,2022Ordered 2 more masks for.my wife and received them very quickly. These masks have kept us safe for the last 2 years. Unfortunately we were unable to use them at a recent wedding and have now got Covid! (super spreader event). Once recovered and properly back in circulation we will resume using masks in shops etc. I really do not wish to catch Covid again.

Apr 05,2022I've used my Cambridge masks throughout the pandemic. A few weeks ago I had washed both on the same day so ended up wearing a paper mask. Ended up with Covid. That was the only day I'd been out. Lesson learned.

Apr 05,2022I have used the “Pro” masks since before COVID because of a lung disease. I was so glad to ALREADY have such effective masks once COVID began in 2020—having them was such a relief! Thank God, Cambridge masks, and vaccines that I nor my husband have gotten COVID. The masks are comfortable, well made, and easy to hand wash. I wish the ear pieces were just a little thinner—sometimes one side or the other will want to slip off my ear despite using the back headband to tighten them, but it’s not a dealbreaker, and it doesn’t happen every time I wear the mask. It might just be my ears! I will continue to use them — and I’m especially happy to see the new fabric designs! Thanks Cambridge!

Apr 05,2022I have used Cambridge Mask for several years and am very happy with the masks themselves. They are excellent masks and I will continue to purchase and recommend them. My lower than usual score is because for the first time, I had issues with the ordering process. It kept adding add ons that I did not want. I ended up with more masks than I intended to buy Trying to get the add-ons removed. The customer service rep was very nice. Over a couple of weeks, she helped me solve the problem and Cambridge mask removed the add-ons reimbursed me for the error. The company is top notch and so is their mask. The aggravation of the unwanted add-ons is the reason for the lower score.

Apr 05,2022Initially I gave the masks 5-Stars (high quality filtering and so comfortable) but my previous overall review was lower due to my Promo code had expired (in just one day) despite there not be an expiration date on the offer. Then Customer Service reached out to me and asked what they could do to remedy the situation, so I asked for them to honor the Promo and please be explicit with their expiration policy for Promos in the future. They honored the Promo and thus I am updating my review to 5-Stars overall for having excellent masks and Customer Service. Idea: It would be nice if the edge piping came in another color besides black. The black piping does age well though even after many washings.

Apr 04,2022I have over nine masks now! I have a Respiratory condition, and have not contracted any flu or Covid19 etc, since I started using Cambridge masks! These, used in conjunction with other normal hygiene procedures, hands, face and space etc, have been a great bonus!

Apr 04,2022Cambridge Mask is a reputable company and it strives to provide quality products to you and me, the consumer. I have purchased from others but found them lacking in material, quality and overall effectiveness. I am not a paid person for this company but I am an advocate for it's products. Cambridge Masks (in my opinion) is a go to company to buy a mask from. Especially in this crazy time of unsure covid and allergins that wreak havoc on us. Who knows when and if this crisis will ever end with regards to the pandemic. Thank goodness for a company like Cambridge!

Apr 08,2022Over the course of a year and a half I have ordered dozens of pro masks- mostly the Churchill and Admiral when they are on sale. On prior reviews I’ve stated that the Churchill and Admiral pro masks I’ve received have lots of little “fibers” sticking up out of the inside of the mask. They are very ticklish to the nose and face and are very hard to wear. The only way I’ve figured out how to get rid of them is to singe them with a long handled grill starter. But I shouldn’t have to do that. I’ve ordered a few of the 65Roses Pro masks and they have a extra piece of material on the inside so there is no problem with the little “fibers” tickling your face. The 65Roses Pro masks were created for people with Cystic Fibrosis- hence the extra layer of material on the inside. I would certainly pay a little extra for the other Pro masks if they had a extra layer of non itchy material on the inside. Because really- you might have the best mask in the world with the best technology but if the material on the inside of the mask is so ticklish and itchy that you can’t wear it safely- then why buy it? Also- I’ve had a few minor problems with a few of the masks but a quick email to Cambridge Mask Co and the problem is solved immediately. In closing- Cambridge Mask company really needs to fix the issue with the itchy- ticklish fibers on the inside of the pro masks.
