As an economist I love my Keynes mask! It is comfortable and doesn't steam up with glasses. I don't usually bother with the headband but I can see how could make it easier to wear for long periods or when moving around. No problems with payment or delivery.
I wear glasses so wearing a Cambridge mask with the ventilator keeps my glasses from fogging up. It also does't make my face sweaty. I find these masks to be very comfortable to wear.

I love Cambridge masks. In 2018, I shared the intro video on Facebook with my sister & niece, this sister had been diagnosed with breast cancer 2nd time and uses face masks often. I use face masks whenever my asthma & sense of smell is sensitive. However, when the pandemic came about, cloth and disposable masks became normal to wear. At work in the summer of 2021, my employer decided to put up a display table of about 70+ essential oils goats milk soap in goals of boosting sales. (Yes, 8 months later, the display still up) This display has caused my asthma, allergies & immunization system to crazy levels of sensitivity. Work has been paying for another brand of a heavy duty mask, change of filters monthly. I looked like a huge bug with glasses. No one could understand any conversation with the mask on, it would have drool down my shirt within minutes. Customers constantly asked or commented why/pandemic. In January 2022, a memory from Facebook, the video appeared. I purchased one to try, within days the mask arrived. I took both masks to work. Wore the other brand into the store, changed to the Cambridge mask minutes later. I walked to the display, no smell, no start of an asthma attack. I was filled with JOY. I explained to my direct supervisors what I found, got approval to purchase more. The best comments after I purchased the 1st mask, we can hear you, your in a better mood. We can see your face better. Plus, no more comments from Customers. When was explaining to a friend, I brought up your website, the pro masks became BOGO. I purchased 2 more for total of 4. I started using these masks shortly before the pandemic started. My air borne allergies were so out of control that I couldn't even leave the house. These masks were life changing though. They filter on such a high level and have so many different options to help it conform to your face in a comfortable way. Bc of them I was able to make it to the last extended family holiday before the quarantine hit. Little did I know that that would be the last time I'd see my Aunt. She died of organ failure a year into the pandemic. Bc of Cambridge masks I was able to have one last hug, one last laugh, one last "I love you". Now my dad and I both use the pro n99 masks whenever we have to go out. (We're both severely immunocompromised.) It's been two years and neither of us have gotten covid since switching to Cambridge masks. I'm so so grateful to Cambridge masks for giving me a chance to build one last memory with my Aunt, and for protecting the lives of my dad and I. (At the beginning of the pandemic I was using a flimsy paper mask bc I couldn't find my n99 and came down with a bad case of covid.) My dad and I were both under hospital care for months. Our Drs are always so impressed by our n99s and I truly believe that covid would have done us in by now if it wasn't for the protection these masks give us. I highly recommend this brand to everyone I know.
I was told by someone in my scent sensitivity group on Facebook that these masks were so effective she stood next to her husband's diesel truck and couldn't smell a thing. Not the case with me, but I have hyperosmia. I can easily smell someone doing laundry next door (hello, migraines!), even someone walking by me outside. I also have asthma and it's thick to breathe in. I would hope it would block pollution, pollen perhaps but if you suffer from scent sensitivity and have a heightened sense of smell, this may not be for you. I'll keep it because if there's a chance any scent at all can be blocked, it's certainly better than nothing. Fast shipping!
I've isolated much of the past two years with only visiting the odd shop where I felt safe because 90% of people were wearing masks, but when mask wearing was lifted I thought I would be stuck in again. I love Cambridge masks! They don't irritate my highly sensitive skin and are the only affordable ones I've found that fit snuggly all around my long, thin face (when also using the head strap that's included with the mask). I also liked the floral material, a nice change from Admiral blue.

Mar 16,2022Disgusting Customer Service - I shall never buy from the company again! I needed to return unopened masks and I followed their terms and conditions on their website. Apparently this is not what a customer should do. There is a whole different system, which is NOT on their terms and conditions, of what should be done. When you eventually get round to sending your returns, they will send you lots of emails about 'your purchases' - of which your returns clearly are not. Then it took three months to get a refund on these returns. The reason for the three month delay was because they do not automatically refund you when they receive the returns.... they wait for you to chase them! Apparently, this is a procedure all companies use! To note: all 'apparently's' were statements from the customer service teams. Complete waffle from the get go. And they do not want to hear nor change the mistakes they are making... cognitive dissonance I think!
